  • The pillow is damaged upon arrival, or

  • The pillow is defective or has a manufacturing fault

To be eligible for a return:

  • The pillow must be in its original condition

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo and video evidence showing the issue
